Great video Greg, VERY much inspiring. Out of all the ways to make money I think lease option is what I will be starting out with. Things here in Michigan are very hard. And I hope to help others. I have been going thru a loan modification since September of 2011 and just this morning I found out Wells Fargo lowered my house payment by $157.57. I guess every bit helps. Would it be ok if I asked you some questions on Dean's site because I know you are busy with all the replies on this video. Thanks Greg and great video!

Hello Greg! My name is Tjymas, and i'm just starting out and had purchased Dean's book. I am very interested in starting with Lease Options for i have absolutely no money to do purchase, rehab, and flips at this time. I've been unemployed for a little over a year now, and it's driving me crazy not working! So i know i needed to start something else. It seems like you have a good handle on lease options and i would appreciate any help you could lend for getting me started.
