Dean, I watched the blog about the property you bought off a friend that was going to lose it in Marlboro, N.Y. That has been my biggest problem... My thinking was all wrong I kept thinking like I was hurting the person by asking to buy the house for so little money. Even though I have been through a bankruptcy I hadn't thought of how I would have felt when I could have been kept from financial difficulties. Thanks for taking the blinders off my eyes.
