2009-2010 have have changed my financial position greatly. I took a substantial pay cut when the car dealership I worked at closed in 2009 and this year my husband lost his job. So what we took for granted 2 years ago is starting to catch up with us. Ive about depleted my savings to keep up and maxed our credit cards and now I'm looking to step it up. I'm very interested in what you do, but naturally I have reservations. Is there anything you can tell me to give me that final push?

Dean, Just finished your book "Profit From Real Estate". Made perfect sense. Now on to reading it again...this time taking notes. Maybe there is hope for a 45yr old who has just had a 15 yr career ruined by an on-the-job injury. Cops are not appreciated like they should be. To add insult to injury, I'm flat broke and on un-employment. So I'm trying to scrape up the money for the academy so I can finally be successful. Any additional advice would not go un-heeded. really unsure of how this no money out of my pocket works. im fearful to spend a dollar i dont have. i have 5 children, work 30 hrs part time as a maintenence tech, was just injured on the job and dont have any financial sources at all to make any of this happen. i rent a 3 bedroom apt at 600.00 a mth, i get payed every 2 weeks and this does not include gas, electric phone, internet, cable, medical bills, childsupport ,ect. im at wits end every payday sitting broke. i dont spend extra at all, how do i afford a real estate agent, advertising,recorded message,or find money thats not mine to purchase my 1st place. i whant change in my lifes direction so bad im just exhausted from my efforts someone please help. im eager to do what it takes to have a more financially secure life.
