Carolyn I am staying here in Florida , i just bought one of Dean's book couple months ago. I didn't really invest much time on it by then, but now I am just made a commitment to stay on it and study it. I am not ashamed to admit that I am broke right now , but I am exited about the information that I gain after reading this book. I want to get into the success academy but I can't effort it right now. I was going talk to you about how things work out in Hawaii on making deals I talked to a realtor and he just make fun of me when I told him I order Deans book. if you have the time can you email me back . I want to find out more about Hawaii because I am from the Pacific too .. so why didn't the person that sold it to you for 255k sell it themselves for 450k if thats what it was worth?...too may unanswered questions...like how much time elasped between when you bought the house and sold it....for all we know it could have been years...how do we know you didnt just get the property from a relative....how much money did you have to spend on the house to fix it up..after all if you bought the house for 255k and it was worth 450k it must have needed PLENTY of money spending on it to fix it up.....we need more details then simply saying i bought a house for 255k and sold it for 450k...
I called to place an order for the book was excited to see the ad. When I called they wanted to charge me 50% of the cost of book for shipping and handling. Next another the free book. She needs another 50% for shipping and handling. Wow this is a real rip off.
