So You're the one! Hi Carolg. My name is Daryl Mau and I have just moved over from Maui to be a care giver to my Father. Being a disabled male with three children while living on a limited income through SSI, I'm desperately trying to make ends meet and move forward. To that end I have been looking through craigslist as DG has suggested. Recieved my second book from DG and found that you're involved in RE more ways than one. My name is Rick. I'm originaly from Miami, FL. and I'm currently living in GA. I love hearing stories like yours. I always tell people of my expirience with my first property. I bought a condo in Miami for $122,500 in 2002 and sold it in 12/2006 for $235,000. I WAS LEFT WITH A CHECK FOR $115.000.00. This condo was nowhere close to the beach, where real estate prices are much higher.
It's seems that realestate is really cheap in Hawaii.
Did you buy the whole apartment building for $80k or was it just one unit?

Hello All. I'm Helen from Sacramento Calif. Im 54 taking college classes on real state and Reading Deans books. A house full ok 20,21,22 old girls one with a 4yr old baby girl.
