How come guest post all of these messages, but none of the post receive feedback. I would like to have faith in Dean Graziosi's Real Estate Academy, but I am very skeptical. I need to see responses to these comment post or have a reason to spend so much money. Telling me I will make money just isn't good enough.
I was told the cost is $5565 and to put it on a cedit card; no sure if I want to make that expense now. Both books are great, lots of ideas and encouragement.
Well, i read the book but to be honest, in my area no one wants to deal unless you go through a bank, but i found a investor, 10% down, its rented for nearly $10,000 per yr, the house will be paid in full in 5yrs with interest, i'm already working on two deals so i think it is possible you have to find the seller who is willing to deal with you and your terms but be open.
to Be quite honest I would not pay them people any money and the course was not that good. I personally would back out if i was you. I signed up and it was the worst mistake of my life the mentoring program was a joke and they sign you up with the tax club they are top notch liars as well
Don't think about it. Take action. find a realtor, find a mortgage broker look for properties. As Zig Ziglar says plan to succeed, prepare to succeed, take action and success will happen. Your scared because your not taking action.
I bought a house, lived in it, fixed it, rented it and it has a positive cash flow of 350.00. I just did it. The deals have to work out on paper with a motivated seller or look for another one.
Dean's Book was an answer to my prayers. I had asked God for a way to learn how to make money step by step in real estate. That's exactly what the book is doing for me! It's amazing and I'm looking forward to do my first assignment of contract within the next 24 days :) If you are determined and just focus on one area of real estate to start off in, take the action steps that dean tells you to take.....Your life will change because YOU decided to change.
