I just got done with the three day work shop and i learned so much. I got so motivated to do something with Real Estate and start making a cash flow i read the home course and went and found a buyer and a seller at the same place and now i am in the middle of the deal with no money down from me and when it goes through i will be making a positive cash flow because of 80 a month for just bringing the buyer and seller together to make the deal. If your going to succeed then you got to stop talking about it and get out there and do it. This was one of those lucky deals that are hard to find, but they are out there. just do the due diligence and you will come out on top. Don't get brought down by the people who don't believe you can do it!!!! Cause you can it is simple and less complicated then you think. Don't give up.

Do any of these techniques work in Denver Colorado. Are there any Success stories here? Colorado does honor LLC to back the purchase of a home. It has to be under a persons name. What information can anyone supply me to be successful in Colorado.
i just got mine and im very anxious to start. with anything you look to accomplish in life you have to have faith and confidence thats what it seems most people problem is and with negative thoughts you will never be anything.
Third and final entry. You can invest in real estate and win- but you don't need this book or program. You do need to buy the book "What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know about Cash Flow and 36 Other Financial Measures" by Gallinelli. He doesn't ask you to buy any program, tape or anything else-but it helped me by SAVING my money in my negotiations on price-I went into the transaction informed. Banks won't lend you a dime, so find family, friends and or another wealthy person to fund your first few deals-and start looking a lotsa houses. Don't buy anything that you don't thing you can fix up with minimal effort or cost. These deals are out there. As Dean does say, over and over, you can do this-you jst don't need to give Dean 5000 to do this-that's half the cost of a potential property or at least the entire reno budget of one.
Read my prior entry first. I accidentally hit submit... Anyway, clean up the grounds and create curb appeal and then rent or sell the thing for more than you bought it. I did this on a property that I was actually scared to enter without a concealed carry permit and gun. I bought it for 11k, had a handy man fix it up and now I rent it to section 8 for 750 a month. After taxes and insurance that's 6870 per year. Two years of rent and I've paid myself back the entire investment
