Additionally, you had mentioned in your story that you plan to go to Nepal on Treking and volunteer in Kathmandu at a children's rehab hospital. That was awesome! Thanks for sharing your story and great to see that you were able to rebound from a tradgic year of losses in 2006. I am currently coming off a year off many losses, which has had a very bad negative effect on my confidence and overall life.

Read Dean's new book and found your story and very impresive. Actually I think you story is different than others as you are purchasing multiple properties in different locaitons/states, as you said in North Carolina, South Dakota, St. Louis and even in Florida. How do you find them and manage them (if still own and rent them)?
