Some of you people are missing the point....buying with no money of your own!!! How can Dean write books about it and then not do it himself!! He needs to do it so he can show us all how!

Im ready to get on your level. I just turned 22.

if this guy is a multi millionaire like he say he is....why doesnt he have the 90k himself? instead of having to find a partner....doesnt make sense....90k would be peanuts to a multi millionaire....somethings not quite adding up here.

So... what's stopping this "partner" from going all in on himself? why'd he share it with you? Make's no sense, sounds like something someone could think of without buying your book. Not dishing hate against what you do but it make's no sense for someone to give you 90k when you are no good to him in the first place.

I'm going to do deals just like this one.
